Exchange, Return, and Refund Policy

We strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange or return an item, our policy is designed to be straightforward and customer-friendly.

1. Exchange and Return Window

  • Items can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of delivery.

2. Eligibility Criteria

  • Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Sale items and Gift Cards items are not eligible for return or exchange.

    3. Initiating an Exchange or Return

    • Contact our customer support team at khatoun.egypt@gmail.com to initiate a return or exchange.
    • Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange.

      4. Excgange or Return Process

      • Upon approval, you'll receive a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.
      • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible, and include the return authorization.

        5. Exchange or Return Shipping

        • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item received is defective or incorrect.
        • For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

          6. Refund Process

          • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
          • If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

            7. Non-Returnable Items

            • Items marked as Sale.
            • Gift Cards.
