1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
- During peak seasons or sale periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

- Additional regions may be added soon.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method.

- Standard Delivery: 1–3 business days
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination country
- Weight of your order
- Selected shipping method
Any applicable customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to:
- Customs duties
- VAT
- Import taxes
These charges are not included in our product prices and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate.
We are not responsible for:
- Delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Additional fees charged by the courier for re‑delivery
If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, reshipping fees will apply.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours
- Provide your order number and photos (if applicable). We will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.
8. Pre‑Orders
If your order contains a pre‑order item:
- Your entire order will ship once the pre‑order item is ready
- Estimated shipping dates will be displayed on the product page
